Every order ships free to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 4–7 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
International orders
We currently ship to the UK only.

Where we deliver
We deliver to all UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. Delivery is free everywhere in the UK – there's no minimum order.
Sending a gift
You can send your order straight to someone else – just enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout. See our gift guide for ideas.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, or your parcel says delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your safe place, then contact us with your order number.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us. We'll put it right – see our returns and guarantee page.
