How to return

- We'll send you return instructions.
- Once your return arrives, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Faulty items
If your Foot Companion arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away with your order number and a short description or photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Gifts
If you received a Struqt Foot Companion as a gift, contact us with the order number or the buyer's name and we'll help. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Bundles
You can return all or part of a bundle. If you return part of a 2- or 3-pack, the refund is calculated on the bundle price you paid per unit.
