Where to buy the Struqt Foot Companion in the UK

Ordering from struqtfoot.co.uk means:

• the genuine Struqt Foot Companion, shipped by us
• our best bundle prices – £49.99, £44.99 each for two, £39.99 each for three
• free tracked UK delivery
• a 90-day money-back guarantee
• secure Shopify checkout
• direct support from the Struqt team

We keep everything in one place so there's no confusion about versions, prices or who's actually sending your order.

If we add new official stockists in future, we'll list them on this page – so if a shop claims to stock us and isn't listed here, be cautious.

If you're not sure whether a listing or a product you've received is genuine, run through this checklist:

• Where it was sold: a genuine new Struqt Foot Companion is only sold on struqtfoot.co.uk.
• The price: our prices start at £39.99 each in the 3-pack. A listing dramatically cheaper than that is a warning sign.
• The box: genuine orders arrive in the official Struqt retail box, with printed instructions.
• What's inside: the wrap and a USB-C charging cable. Missing or generic accessories suggest a copy.
• The guarantee: every genuine order comes with our 90-day money-back guarantee, confirmed in your order email from us.
• The web address: watch for lookalike addresses with extra words or odd spellings. Our only address is struqtfoot.co.uk.

When in doubt, ask us before you buy – we're happy to confirm whether a seller is genuine.

If you've bought a Struqt Foot Companion – or something claiming to be one – from another seller, here's our honest advice:

1. Check the seller first. If the listing promised our guarantee or bundle prices, compare what arrived with the checklist above.
2. Use the marketplace's returns process. Amazon and eBay both have buyer protection – start a return or claim through your order page.
3. Ask your card provider about a chargeback if the item never arrived or the seller won't help.
4. Report counterfeit listings to the marketplace so other shoppers aren't caught out.

We can't offer our guarantee or support on products bought from unofficial sellers – but if you tell us what happened, we'll point you in the right direction.

You may see the Struqt Foot Companion listed second-hand on eBay or Facebook Marketplace. We understand the temptation of a lower price, but a few things are worth knowing:

• our 90-day guarantee covers the original buyer's order with us – it doesn't transfer to second-hand purchases
• a wrap that's been used by someone else is a personal item, much like a used pair of slippers
• you can't be sure of the condition of the battery or heating element

For a product that sits against your skin and uses heat, we'd always suggest buying new – and with our bundle prices, a new one often costs less than you'd expect.

• Counterfeits: lookalike wraps may use cheaper materials and lack safety features like auto shut-off.
• No guarantee: our 90-day money-back guarantee only covers orders placed with us.
• No support: we can't help with products bought from unofficial sellers.
• Misleading claims: some sellers make medical promises we never would.
