About the product

What is the Struqt Foot Companion?

It's a cordless foot and ankle wrap that combines three soothing methods – gentle heat, vibration massage and rhythmic air compression – in one device. You wear it while sitting comfortably, and each session switches off automatically. Read more on how it works.

What does 'Triple Method' mean?

It means the wrap combines three methods in one: soothing heat to warm cold feet, gentle vibration massage to ease tension, and rhythmic air compression that softly squeezes and releases. You can adjust the settings to what feels comfortable. Our how it works page explains each method in detail.

Does it use electrical muscle stimulation (EMS)?

No. Unlike EMS footplates such as Revitive, the Foot Companion uses heat, vibration and air compression – there's no electrical stimulation of the muscles. See our Struqt vs Revitive comparison for the full differences.

Is it cordless?

Yes. It charges with the included USB-C cable and runs cordlessly, so you can use it on the sofa, in bed or in your favourite chair without being near a plug. Each session switches off automatically when it's done.

Will it fit my foot and ankle?

The adjustable strap fits most adult feet and ankles. It should feel snug and supportive, never tight – if it feels too tight, loosen the strap or choose a gentler compression setting.

Is it noisy?

You'll hear a soft hum from the compression and vibration – quiet enough to use while watching TV or reading. Most people stop noticing it within the first minute.

Is it a medical device?

No. It's a comfort and wellness device designed to soothe tired feet and support circulation as part of a healthy routine. It doesn't diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it isn't a replacement for medical advice.

Using it safely

How long should I use it?

Around 15–20 minutes per foot, once or twice a day. Each session switches off automatically, so you can't overdo a single session. Start on the lower settings and build up to what feels comfortable.

Can I use it every day?

Yes, most people can use it daily – many make it part of their evening routine. Start on low settings, and check your skin afterwards, especially in the first week.

Can I use it if I have poor circulation or neuropathy?

Many people with poor circulation or reduced feeling enjoy the warmth and gentle compression, but because reduced sensation can make it harder to judge heat and pressure, please check with your GP or podiatrist first. Our guides on neuropathy and circulation cover this in more detail.

Can I use it if I have diabetes?

Many people with diabetes can, but it's important to check with your GP or podiatrist first – especially if you have reduced feeling or poor circulation in your feet. Always start on the lowest heat setting and check your skin after each session. Read our guide for people with diabetes.

Can I use it while pregnant or with a pacemaker?

Please speak to your GP, midwife or cardiologist before use. They know your situation and can advise whether a heated, compression massager is suitable for you.

When shouldn't I use it?

Don't use it on broken skin, wounds or ulcers, or on a leg or foot that is suddenly swollen, red, hot or painful – get medical advice instead, as those can be signs of something that needs treatment. And don't sleep while wearing it.

Buying and prices

How much does it cost?

£49.99 for one, £89.98 for two (£44.99 each) or £119.97 for three (£39.99 each). Every bundle includes free UK delivery and the 90-day money-back guarantee, and bundles of two or more include the free 14-Day Swelling Reduction Protocol guide. Full details on our price page.

Is there a subscription?

No. It's a single, one-off payment with no repeat billing and no hidden fees. The price you see is everything you'll ever pay.

How can I pay?

Checkout is powered by Shopify and fully encrypted. Depending on your device, you can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other methods shown at checkout.

Can I buy it on Amazon or in shops?

No – the official and only place to buy is struqtfoot.co.uk. Listings elsewhere may not be genuine and won't include our 90-day guarantee. See where to buy and is Struqt legit?.

Do you offer discount codes?

Our bundle prices are the genuine, everyday discount – the 2-pack saves £10 and the 3-pack saves £30 compared with buying singly, all year round. Be wary of unofficial sites offering codes or much lower prices.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes – simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. Delivery is free across the UK, each unit arrives in its own retail box, and the 90-day guarantee applies from delivery. See our gift guide for ideas.
